Flynn Arby’s is seeking a Shift Manager to join our team and oversee daily operations, ensure food quality, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will train staff, enforce policies, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of service.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced environment, manage inventory, and collaborate with management to improve procedures and outcomes. This role is full-time and on-site at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in Food/Hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness
• Train and develop team members to ensure exceptional service
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality
• Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures
