Coborn's is seeking a Shift Manager to provide leadership coverage and oversee store operations when the Store Director and Assistant Store Director are unavailable.

Your duties include receiving merchandise, preparing products for merchandising, stocking shelves, building displays, and greeting guests on the salesfloor while helping them find items. You will guide team members to keep the shift running smoothly.

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and procedures, prepare product to go out to the floor for merchandising.
• Break down deliveries, stock shelves, build displays with packaged products, and greet guests on the salesfloor and assist them with finding items.
• Give guidance and direction to team members to ensure smooth operation throughout the shift.
