Coborn's is hiring a Shift Manager to lead the store in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director. You will oversee receiving, stocking, merchandising, and guest assistance on the sales floor while guiding team members for smooth shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and procedures.
• Prepare products to go out to the floor for merchandising and stock shelves.
• Build displays with packaged products and greet guests on the sales floor, helping them find items.
• Guide and direct team members to ensure smooth operation during the shift.
