McDonald’s in Worcester is seeking a Shift Manager to lead weekly shifts, guiding Crew and other Managers to deliver fast, accurate and friendly service at every guest visit. You’ll drive quality, service, and cleanliness, while ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and staff stay motivated.

You’ll supervise food safety, coordinate with team leads, meet performance targets, monitor safety and inventory, manage schedules, and train new hires to uphold McDonald’s standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts weekly and provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during shifts to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness for customers.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers to prepare to run a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability during shifts.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
