Job summary

Arby's, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager in Abingdon, Virginia. This role is critical for ensuring outstanding service and overseeing restaurant operations. The Shift Manager will be responsible for managing team members and maintaining service quality during shifts.

The ideal candidate motivates staff and achieves goals in service, operations, and financial performance. Full accountability for operations, training, and meeting restaurant controls is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
