Job summary

Arby's, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager in Blountville, Tennessee, to oversee restaurant operations and ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction. You will have full accountability for operations during shifts when management is not present.

The ideal candidate excels in coaching and developing others, has strong leadership skills, and can manage operations effectively. A reliable vehicle and ServSafe certification are required. Arby's offers a supportive work environment where you can develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
