Experience in leadership within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to lead shifts, manage crew, and meet targets.
• Flexible schedule and 18+ years old required.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and hand over to the next Shift Manager.
• Oversee safety, security, profitability, and scheduling for your shift.
• Train crew and departments to meet goals and standards.
• Ensure food safety and exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate inventory and daily maintenance tasks.
