Job summary

McDonald’s corporate-owned restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy team. You’ll oversee crew and other managers each shift, uphold McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness, and drive daily operations to keep customers satisfied.

Experience in leadership within foodservice or hospitality is preferred. A flexible schedule, strong communication, and a focus on safety and accuracy are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is preferred, especially in foodservice, retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and coordinate with the next Shift Manager.
