Pizza Ranch, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations and coach the team on a busy shift. You will drive front- and back-of-house procedures, uphold high standards, and mentor staff to deliver a legendary guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and guest service skills.
• Strong people skills.
• Completed the Certified Trainer program on Pizza Ranch University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members on shift and throughout the shift.
• Answer questions about standards and operations from staff.
• Maintain high-quality food standards and ensure buffet stations are filled and clean.
• Provide Legendary guest service and lead staff to do the same.
• Assist management with inventory of supplies and adherence to checklists.
• Help cut waste, reduce costs, and improve profits.
