Job summary

Pizza Ranch, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to help lead daily operations in our fast-casual restaurant. As a Shift Lead you will support managers, supervise front- and back-of-house tasks, and strive for legendary execution for every shift.

You will train staff, maintain high standards, and deliver great guest service while creating a positive team culture. Franchisee employees are the employer.

Qualifications

• Passion for leading and developing people.
• Proven record of leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• The ability to prioritize multiple situations.
• Effective communicator.
• Previous restaurant experience is strongly preferred—with proven history of excellence.
• Flexibility of work hours and the ability to work 30+ hours per week.
• High School graduate or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Assist all managers in coordinating and driving legendary execution of each shift.
• Be a positive leader who is actively involved in day-to-day operations.
• Be trained to be an expert in front and/or back of the house operations, procedures, and processes.
• Lead training and development of staff and in building a culture of excellence.
• Provide genuine care for staff and guests and create legendary impact during shifts.
