Job summary

McDonald’s corporate-owned restaurant in Adel, GA is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and uphold food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards across the front and back of the house.

You will supervise crew and fellow managers during shifts, plan and monitor performance, train staff, and help departments meet targets while maintaining a positive team environment. 18+ required; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service and McDonald’s standards.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
