Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.
• Supervise crew and other managers during a shift to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and communicate handoffs to the next Shift Manager.
• Ensure food safety, inventory management, and daily maintenance are addressed.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and achieving department goals.
