Job summary

McDonald’s Corporate owned restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.

You will plan shifts, monitor performance and safety, and help run a great shift while meeting departmental goals. Previous leadership in hospitality or retail is preferred, and applicants must be 18 or older to qualify for a manager role.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
• We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service and high Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to run a great shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help departments achieve their goals.
