McDonald’s Corporate owned restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, supervise crew and other managers, and ensure a fast, accurate, friendly guest experience.

Responsibilities include planning each shift, monitoring performance, and maintaining McDonald’s standards of quality, service and cleanliness. Must be 18+ and be able to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
