Qualifications

• Ability to foster and encourage open communication, teamwork and cooperation.
• Results driven with one to two years leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Runs shifts efficiently and motivates team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrates proper product quality control, presentation and hold.
• Reviews daily deployment sheet and adjusts to optimize team efficiency while managing labor costs.
• Performs restaurant opening and closing procedures.
• Coaches team on safety best practices per Culver’s program and workplace safety.
• Trains team on all restaurant positions and ensures standards of performance.
• Empowers team to handle guest comments 'the Culver’s way.'
• Ensures team is knowledgeable about products and guest service.
