Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager for our Florida location. You will lead weekly shifts, provide leadership to crew and fellow managers, and ensure a fast, accurate, friendly guest experience in a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates have prior leadership experience, a flexible schedule, and are 18+ years old. This role includes oversight of food safety, inventory, scheduling, and staff training as part of delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
• We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to meet Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them to run a great shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help Departments reach their goals.
• Oversee Food Safety, Inventory, Scheduling, Training and clear communication across teams.
