Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly; supervise crew and other managers for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and ensure safety and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a smooth handoff.
• Oversee food safety, inventory, maintenance, and daily operations.
• Coach and develop team members to meet department goals.
