Job summary

McDonald’s corporate-owned restaurant in Florida is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a crew, deliver fast, accurate and friendly service, and uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards. You will plan shifts, monitor performance, ensure safety and profitability, and hand the baton to the next Shift Manager for a smooth transition.

Previous leadership in a restaurant is preferred; you must be 18 years or older with a flexible schedule and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, especially in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver consistent guest experience.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Lead and coach crew and other managers during shifts.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Plan for each shift and ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Manage inventory, maintenance, and scheduling.
• Train staff and support quality food production and exceptional service.
