Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to cover shifts as needed.
• Strong people skills to coach crew and guide other managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Supervise crew and other managers to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and communicate with next shift manager.
• Meet targets for shifts and departments where applicable.
• Oversee food safety, inventory, maintenance, scheduling, and training.
