Job summary

McDonald’s franchise in Cameron, MO is hiring a Part Time Shift Manager to lead Crew Members, plan shifts, and uphold McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure a safe, efficient operation in a fast-paced environment.

Previous leadership experience in hospitality or retail is preferred. Training and advancement opportunities are provided, with flexible scheduling and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

Leadership experience preferred in fast-paced environments such as restaurant or retail.
Ability to coach and develop Crew Members and staff.
Strong communication and organizational skills; scheduling flexibility required.
18 years or older with readiness to assume management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Lead Crew Members during shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
Plan and organize each shift and assign roles to staff.
Monitor performance and provide coaching and direction as needed.
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards and support safety procedures.
Prepare the restaurant for shift transitions and manage inventory tasks.
