Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to deliver fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers on shift.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handoff.
• Help meet targets for shifts and departments.
