McDonald’s Corporate owned restaurant is hiring a Shift Manager to lead shifts, supervise crew and other managers, and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service while upholding McDonald’s standards for quality and safety.

The role emphasizes shift planning, performance monitoring, and effective communications to prepare the next Shift Manager. Prior leadership in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Oversee food safety, inventory, maintenance, scheduling, training and safety.
