Popeyes is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach the team, and ensure guests enjoy fast, friendly service and high-quality food.

You’ll lead by example, manage scheduling and deposits, monitor inventory, maintain cleanliness and safety, and collaborate with management to hit daily goals. Prior experience in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift.
• Motivate, train, and develop team members to perform at their best.
