Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant teams, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service for every guest. You will oversee crew and fellow managers during shifts, uphold quality, safety and cleanliness standards, and help drive profitability through effective scheduling and communication.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in food service or hospitality. Must be 18 or older to manage in a franchise restaurant.

• Monitor safety, security and profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them to run a great shift.
• Help departments meet their goals by supporting scheduling and staffing.
