McDonald’s is hiring a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations on a daily basis at a franchisee-owned location. You will supervise crew, ensure fast and friendly service, uphold quality standards, and manage shift-to-shift operations to meet targets.

We value leadership, strong communication, and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment. You must be at least 18 years old to manage in this setting, with prior leadership in food service preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness on each shift.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Help teams meet targets and support department goals during shifts.
