Ideal candidates have prior leadership experience and a flexible schedule, with a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment and the ability to mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality helps.
