McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a Shift Manager to lead weekly shifts and supervise crew and fellow managers, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for every guest. You’ll plan shift coverage, monitor performance, uphold McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness, and train team members to meet goals while safeguarding safety and profitability.

Previous leadership in hospitality is preferred; you must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in franchisee-owned restaurants.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Monitor performance, safety, security and profitability.
• Plan shifts, monitor progress and hand off to the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets for shifts and assist departments in achieving goals.
