Responsibilities

• Lead Crew Members during assigned shifts and ensure tasks are completed.
• Plan and organize each shift, assign roles, and monitor performance.
• Coach employees and provide direction when needed to meet standards.
• Ensure quality food production and accurate service for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain safety.
• Oversee food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant procedures.
• Support training and development of team members and new hires.
• Monitor inventory, restaurant systems, and shift results.
• Communicate important information to other Managers and prepare transitions.
• Support scheduling, safety protocols, and ongoing leadership initiatives.
