Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred in restaurant or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
• Ability to lead shifts and manage crew to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets, ensure safety, security, and profitability, and train staff.
• Oversee food safety, inventory, maintenance, scheduling and quality production.
• Coordinate with departments to support goals and customer satisfaction.
