You will supervise crew, coordinate between departments, and strive to meet daily targets while upholding McDonald’s standards in a franchise restaurant environment. 18+ and prior leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Provide direction to crew and other managers during shifts to meet standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
