McDonald’s Shift Manager role in Des Moines leads weekly shifts to deliver fast, accurate, friendly service while upholding McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness. You’ll guide crew and other managers, plan shifts, monitor performance, ensure safety and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prep for a strong shift.

Experience in leadership is preferred, ideally in restaurant or retail settings.
