Job summary

Layne's Chicken Fingers in Lewisville is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily shift operations, coach and develop team members, and uphold food quality and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will train new employees, oversee opening and closing procedures, and help foster a positive, productive team culture while delivering exceptional guest experiences to families visiting near Lewisville Lake.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous restaurant experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
