As a Shift Manager, you will lead your team with a positive attitude, seek help when needed, and ensure all duties are completed. You will manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and deliver quality food safely and timely. Your role is vital in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic math, accounting, and analytical skills
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and work alongside team members
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping for most of the shift.
