Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager to support the management team in running effective shifts and maintaining standards. As a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager, you will lead your shift, motivate your team, ensure duties are completed, manage inventory, and uphold financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food promptly and ensure a safe environment for all.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math, accounting, and analytical skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate team members
• Physical ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 80% of shift
• Ability to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
