Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager to support the Management Team in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards. As a Shift Manager / Hourly Manager, you will lead your shift by guiding the team with a positive attitude, seeking help when needed, and ensuring all duties are completed. You will manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and ensure the delivery of safe, quality food promptly. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation required.
• Basic business math, accounting, and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate team members while working alongside them.
• Physical ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift, carry trash, and clean grounds.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping for 80% of the shift.
