Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Must successfully complete Cafe Basics and Certified Trainer Programs.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach crew members during each shift.
• Assist manager with creating staff work schedules.
