• Handle guest concerns or feedback with professionalism and care; monitor service quality and restaurant standards.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members.
• Oversee cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and shift reports.
• Jump in to help wherever needed to support teamwork.
