Job summary

Steak ’n Shake Lebanon is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy, accountability, and a focus on guest satisfaction. You’ll drive strong openings and closings, set the tone for the shift, and coach team members to deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining brand standards.

We offer market-leading pay up to $21.50 per hour, plus unique bonuses such as Bitcoin bonus pay and a newborn match program.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• US work authorization and high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with energy and accountability.
• Ensure openings/closings run smoothly and uphold brand standards.
• Coach and motivate team members to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Manage deposits, end-of-day reports, and guest interactions.
• Support training and onboarding of new staff; foster teamwork.
