Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager at a Dairy Queen location. The Shift Manager provides quality customer service and food products following the standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen, while supporting management duties from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

This role requires being 18+, 1+ year experience in food service or retail supervision/management, and passing a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; English fluency may be essential for certain stations.

Responsibilities

• Shift Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer’s visit.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
