McDonald’s is hiring a Shift Manager to lead restaurant shifts, ensure quick, courteous service, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards. You will supervise crew and other managers, manage shift planning, and help departments hit their goals.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Able to lead shifts and meet McDonald’s standards.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and communicate handoffs to the next shift.
• Oversee food safety, inventory, cleanliness, scheduling, and training.
