SONIC is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to help oversee daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager. You will ensure quality food, safety, and a positive guest experience while assisting with hiring, training, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Preferably six months or more of restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily operations.
• Provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner for a great guest experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members to spark moments of delightful possibility for our customers.
