Job summary

McDonald’s corporate-linked restaurant hires a Shift Manager to lead weekly shifts, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service while upholding McDonald’s standards. You’ll supervise crew and other managers, handle scheduling, and drive performance across safety, quality, and profitability in a busy environment.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in hospitality or retail, a flexible schedule, and the ability to grow with the company through coaching, training, and development

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality setting.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
• Monitor performance, safety, security, and profitability.
• Coordinate tasks for each shift and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets for shifts and help departments reach goals.
• Ensure Food Safety and Exceptional Customer Service during operations.
• Oversee Scheduling and Training for team members.
