Job summary

McDonald's franchisee-operated restaurant in North Carolina seeks a Shift Manager to lead shifts, supervise crew and other managers, and uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards during every shift.

You'll manage daily tasks, communicate across departments, and help prepare the restaurant to meet targets while delivering a great guest experience. Must be 18+ with flexibility; many benefits available.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
