What does it take to join?
- Desire for personal and professional growth, with strong relationship skills and professional foundation.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and prepare food.
- Drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility for scheduled shifts.
- Leadership experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
- Flexibility in working hours and ability to work independently and with diverse personalities.
- Satisfactory background check, at least 18 years old.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
