What will you be doing in the restaurant?
  • Inspire and support your team to provide excellent service to customers, helping them meet their needs and fulfill their DReaM's in making a difference in our communities.
  • Lead and motivate your team to ensure a positive customer experience by providing feedback and setting goals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the restaurant by adhering to maintenance and food safety guidelines.
  • Support your team in handling various situations, demonstrating adaptability and knowledge.
  • Diffuse and resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns calmly and effectively.
  • Coach and provide positive feedback to develop your team's skills and confidence.

  • Valid driver's license and insurance, with an adequate driving record.
  • Flexibility to work various hours and independently with different personalities.
  • Satisfactory background check; at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
