DRM Inc. in Janesville, WI is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to lead a crew and deliver friendly, fast service in a community-focused setting.

You will coach, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and adapt to a variety of situations to meet customer needs while building positive relationships with guests and teammates. Expect a fun, flexible environment with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Desire to grow personally and professionally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle food prep tasks.
• Drive, punctuality and responsibility with scheduled shifts.
• Experience leading a diverse restaurant team preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently with different personalities.
• Background check completed satisfactorily; must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing in the restaurant?

• Inspire and supporting your team to provide their best service to customers in ensuring they meet their hunger needs to fulfill their DReaM's in making a difference in our communities. Examples including but not limited to:
