What does it take to join?
  • Desire to grow personally and professionally, demonstrating strong relationship skills and foundational professional abilities.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and prepare food items.
  • Drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility during scheduled shifts.
  • Experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance with an adequate driving record.
  • Flexibility to work various hours and independently with different personalities.
  • At least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
