An independent restaurant franchise is seeking a Shift Manager in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in the restaurant, maintaining staffing levels, and creating a positive atmosphere for patrons and employees. Compensation ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 hourly. This job requires adherence to all applicable regulations and guidelines. If hired, you will be employed by the franchisee, who controls hiring and employment matters.

As a Shift Manager, you will never be bored. You will be responsible for making sure the restaurant runs smoothly.
