Denny's, Inc. in Hazleton, PA is seeking a Shift Manager to help run the restaurant smoothly. You will ensure proper staffing, monitor operations, and enforce safety and cleanliness standards.

As an employee of an independently owned franchisee, you are the employer for this job, and you will participate in scheduling, supervision, and daily decisions. The role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment where guests and team members rely on your organization.

This job posting is for employment with an independently owned and operated franchisee. As a Shift Manager, you will never be bored. You will be responsible for making sure the restaurant runs smoothly.

Responsibilities May Include

• Ensuring that the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times.
• Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
• Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are followed.
• Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy.

Minimum: $15 hourly

Maximum: $18 hourly
