Job summary

Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products while meeting Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards. You will support and learn from the Assistant Manager and General Manager, taking on supervisory duties and ensuring smooth daily operations, safety, and cleanliness.

The role requires strong communication, 18+ years old, and previous supervisory experience in food service or retail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
